Evolution Legal wins top prize at national awards ceremony
South-Wales based vehicle claims service Evolution Legal has won the coveted title of Claims Management Company of the Year at the Personal Injury Awards 2008.

Shortlisted for Accident Management Company of the Year
Evolution Legal Service has been nominated and shortlisted as “Accident Management of the Year” at the prestigious Personal Injury Awards, to be held at the Café Royal on November 4th 2008.
All staff and Directors at Evolution Legal are naturally very excited at the prospect of being named as Accident Management Company of the Year, but are in any event extremely proud at being recognized for our efforts on behalf of our clients.
We are not the biggest and certainly not the most profitable Accident Management Company in the sector, but we are extremely customer focused and believe that this nomination is just reward for the effort we put into resolving our client’s accident related problems.
94% of our clients rate our services as excellent, and while we can’t always meet customer expectations, we believe that this nomination is the inevitable outcome, when a company commits to making the customer king.
We would like to wish the other finalists the best of luck as well, as we are certain that they too are customer focused organizations who like ourselves, are committed to re-building the public’s confidence in the accident management sector.

BIBA Conference
This was the 3rd consecutive year that we have exhibited at the industries premier event and it was nice to see so many familiar faces.
The theme of our stand was “outsourcing” and for a bit of fun we ran a reverse auction to win tickets to the England v USA friendly match.
The tickets were won by Phil Worthington of Lucas Fettes with a unique, low bid of £0.01.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to stop and visit with us.

MD's Charity Walk
Paul Manning walked 15 miles for charity in May and for those of you who know Paul, you’ll realise that with his athletic, lithe physique, 15 miles was no problem.
Back in the real world, Paul was absolutely shattered after 15 miles, but happy that he completed the challenge and raised over £500 for the charity “Just Joshing”

Fileview on Proclaim
Our new Claims Management software is proving very valuable to our office procedures.
On the 1st November we will be going live with our fileview system, contained within Proclaim. The system recognises milestones in each individual case and presents them to the client, via a password protected site on our website.
Each client will automatically receive a username and password and the facility is then available for use, 24 hours a day.
Similarly, our Exempt Introducers will all receive generic log-ins, which will allow them to access each of the claims they have referred to us.
We think it is a tremendous asset and one which we believe our clients will value.

Broker Expo
Evolution Legal is exhibiting at the Broker Expo at Ricoh Arena, Coventry on November 1st.

We’re already looking forward to next year.

Not!
The 2 most boring teams in England played out a dire game in the sun, with Chelsea nicking a 1-0 win.
Where’s Liverpool when you need them?

Eclipse Proclaim
Phew!!
We are now live with Proclaim after much teeth gnashing and feet stamping. In all seriousness the system is excellent and will help us to further improve our services to referral sources and individual clients.
We are endeavouring to get the system right at our end at which point we will implement the file view system giving our clients remote access to their own claim files, real time.

Boing Boing
Mike Rees, who is a Cardiff fan was so desperate to get to the new Wembley that he actually went to the Championship play off game between West Brom and Derby.
Mike was last seen singing “Boing Boing” on Wembley way and trying to start fights with anyone who looked at him twice.
Only joking Mike!

Claims Management Regulations. |
Late March saw Evolution Legal receive confirmation of their authorisation as a regulated claim management company.

16/2/7 saw the implementation of our new telephone system, which we hope will make us future proof as well as providing us with very real benefits immediately.
The new system provides network facilities for our call centre staff as well as client information integration upon call receipt.
Ian Norton, Managing Director of Bridgecom Networks who devised and implemented the project said ““We are absolutely delighted to have a successful organisation like Evolution Legal on board as a client. 2007 is an exciting time for every business as technological advances mean all companies will make a move to IP and Voice over IP telephony sooner or later. Those who adopt now can only benefit from the increased competitive edge and productivity gains.”

Eclipse Proclaim
Evolution Legal has agreed to purchase the industry leading claims management software to compliment the new VOIP telephone system and streamline our claims operations.
Managing Director Paul Manning said “We have a 95% approval rating from our customers, so we feel we are already offering excellent customer service; however we are always looking at ways to improve and the Eclipse Proclaim software is the ideal way to do that, both for our company and our clients.
Our introducers of work will gain remote access to their client’s claims information, as will the client’s themselves. A number of our introducers have requested this facility and we felt that with the onset of Claims Management Regulation, that the time was right to become technologically proficient”
