LEGAL SERVICE IN OPERATION
Evolution will provide all sales / marketing materials at nil cost. Thereafter your staff include the legal service in all sales or renewals of motor or household Insurance policies on an opt out basis.
Then, whenever a member is involved in a non-fault accident or incident, our staff will be on hand to manage the claim, whether it be our in-house uninsured loss recovery team or one of the support companies we utilise for car hire credit repair or personal injury claims.
We aim to limit your staff’s involvement in the claims process to taking some basic details, before transferring the client to our call centre.
We will then deal with the claim until conclusion, providing regular and detailed updates at time intervals to be agreed between us.
Evolution offers a tiered system of services to its commercial partners, which may positively impact upon the operations described.
